Our Vision
We want our name to be associated with the best customer service in the industry. We want it to be easy to be a Ballscoigne customer. You will always know how your product will benefit you, how long the contract is, and be comfortable knowing the price will be stable month-to-month.
To achieve our vision, we can’t operate like many of the big retail telecoms companies. We don’t see telecoms as a numbers game where broadband and voice is a mere commodity; we see it as a premium product and service to be delivered to an exceptional standard.
Why Ballscoigne?
We can’t take advantage of the same economies-of-scale that the likes of BT, TalkTalk, and Virgin Media, and sell at rock-bottom prices, but at the same time, it means you’re not subsidising someone’s free TV package, nor are you subject to extreme mid-contract price rises.
If you have called us, you will notice that you get through to someone who is interested in your business. We don’t have personal email addresses, so anyone in a department can help you whenever they are free.
We want all our customers to feel secure in their choice of going with Ballscoigne, a company they may not have had prior experience with. We encourage you to contact us before getting a product or service from us. If you want to ask us something, even if it’s just to confirm what you have read on the site, please do.
That said, once your account is set up with us, unless you’re notifying us of a fault, you don’t need to get in touch to view your bills, account information, order history, broadband speed, etc; every customer gets a unqiue control panel login that gives them full control over their account.
Our founder and MD has over 10 years of experience in IT security and remote support solutions, hence we’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the security and support industries. We hope you can benefit from our business.
