How Ballscoigne Billing Works
In order to collect regular, uninterrupted payments, all customers must sign up to our Direct Debit mandate which is managed by GoCardless. This service securely handles your payment and notifies you before all transactions so that you know everything is above board. GoCardless also allows us to take instant payments from you via a special and easy instant bank transfer process.
Direct Debit
Our Direct Debit payments are usually submitted no later than the 8th of every month. Sometimes, we may delay collecting payment if we think something is wrong with your invoice. After you receive your invoice from us, you will receive another email from GoCardless informing you of the payment that is being collected. You can compare the two emails to see that the money being collected is the same as shown in your invoice. If you notice anything wrong with your invoice or Direct Debit notification, you should call us on 0330 043 2568.
Direct Debit notifications also tell you when you will be charged, which is always later than the notification. We cannot say when you will be charged until you get the notification.
If You Think Something is Wrong
If you believe there is a problem with your Direct Debit, please get in touch with us first via phone or email. If you are concerned about an upcoming bill, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can provide estimations of your upcoming bills before you receive the invoice.
Credit Terms
We do not extend credit to our customers, but we understand that it takes time for payments to be collected via Direct Debit, so invoices will show a payment date 7 days in the future.
